About the Role:

As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of technical expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of our CT Medical Imaging Systems.
  2. Working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Collaborating with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and industry developments to maintain our high standards of quality and service.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment, either electro-mechanical or electronic.
  2. Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or another relevant technical discipline.
  3. Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments.
  4. A flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
  5. A full UK driving license.
