We are seeking a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support students with Autism in our Oxfordshire-based independent Secondary school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Deputy Head for Teaching and the Vice Principal to deliver small group sessions in PSHE topics.
- Support students with Autism in their educational journey, utilizing horticultural processes as a learning tool.
- Utilize knowledge of Special Educational Needs to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a HLTA or similar role.
- Knowledge of Special Educational Needs, particularly children with Autism.
- Ability to deliver small group sessions in PSHE topics.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 4:00pm
