We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Adviser to join our team at CleverHR. As a key member of our Wealth Management firm, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial advice to our clients, ensuring their financial goals are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Stay up-to-date with market trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.
- Comply with our firm's Compliance and Training procedures, as well as FCA regulations, to maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, gathering comprehensive information to understand their unique needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide tailored recommendations, ensuring clients receive the best possible advice.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with FCA and firm requirements.
- Develop and sustain competent status, meeting performance standards and identifying CPD needs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide mentorship and training to the Adviser Team, contributing to their development and growth.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Essential)
- Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to engage with clients, gather comprehensive information, and provide tailored advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet compliance requirements.
- Previous experience in mentoring and training Adviser Teams, contributing to their development and growth.
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays increasing by 1 day each year after 3 years' service (maximum of 5 additional days)
- 4pm Finish on a Friday
