Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Accommodation Office Team Leader. As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and sustainable management of resources on our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain a full working understanding of the site licence, permit, and contract to ensure compliance and optimal site operations.
  • Promote a culture of recycling and diversion of waste to landfill, driving sustainability and reducing environmental impact.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site operations, exceeding all required standards.
  • Undertake and complete personal development and training to enhance skills in waste acceptance, site equipment maintenance, and machinery operation.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional customer service and community engagement.
