We're seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to drive quality excellence and lead the company's quality management systems to exceed industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality management within machining or manufacturing, with strong skills in quality systems, SOPs, and process development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Refining and elevating the company's Quality Management Systems to meet and exceed industry standards.
  • Minimizing costs associated with poor quality through strategic improvements and continuous development.
  • Overseeing and advancing machining processes to enhance performance and reliability.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth and success, driving improvements and implementing effective quality strategies.
