  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being among students.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing regular updates to teachers and parents.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEN, with a strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting, with a proven track record of supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of students and staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, with additional training in specific areas of SEN support.
  • Experience working with students with complex needs, with a strong understanding of SEN policies and procedures.
