Our client is an RCVS-accredited Small Animal practice located in the Cornwall area, offering a fantastic opportunity to work in a thriving environment where your professional growth and work-life balance are top priorities.

About the Role

This role is perfect for an RVN looking to join a friendly, experienced team that truly values each member. Whether you're looking for a full-time or part-time position, this role offers the flexibility to fit your lifestyle.

  • Full time position - part time applicants welcome
  • Saturday mornings 1 in every 4 weekends
  • On Call 1 in every 8 weeks

This role not only supports the development of new techniques but also encourages the advancement of existing skills. With a strong focus on creating an open and supportive environment, you'll have every opportunity to flourish and reach your full potential.

The Team

You'll be joining a fantastic and skilled team with over 30 members. The team enjoys a relaxed work environment, where collaboration and mutual support are the norms. Outside of work, the team loves to socialise together

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is up to £31,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
