About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at The National Trust. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
