Role Overview:

This role offers a unique opportunity to become part of a dynamic and proficient IT team dedicated to the design and implementation of cloud and infrastructure solutions.

The Cloud Infrastructure team operates within the IT Services domain and comprises technical experts focused on IT architecture and advanced support for various projects across the organization.

By leveraging and advancing cutting-edge technologies, the team delivers technical solutions that propel business success.

The position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure systems architecture, alongside substantial experience in enterprise settings.

Proven expertise in executing technical projects is critical, along with the following qualifications:

Technical Leadership:
- Technical design and documentation.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Requirements analysis and documentation.
  • Identifying appropriate solutions to fulfill current and future needs (both functional and non-functional).
  • Systems deployment and validation.

Job Specifications & Technical Expertise:
Successful candidates will have a background in leading IT service delivery within large organizations and demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge in the following areas:
Essential:
- L2/L3 level experience in supporting Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure Technologies.

  • Entra Conditional Access Configuration.
  • Entra Identity Design, implementation & Troubleshooting.
  • M365 Design, Implementation & Troubleshooting.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and resolution for Windows Server, VMware & Veeam server-related issues.
  • PowerShell Scripting.
  • Strong Active Directory Configuration & Troubleshooting.
Desirable:
  • Microsoft Intune.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server & Client hardening.
  • Citrix Licensing, Profile Management, Citrix Director, Storefront, Studio.
  • SQL Management.
  • Capacity Management.
  • Linux.
  • Storage Technologies HPE, NetApp.
  • Microsoft certification or equivalent experience.
