About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will play a critical role in the development and delivery of our submarine systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the coordination of specialist engineering teams across the business to interact with the SSNA design.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication across diverse teams and departments.
  • Develop and implement systems engineering tools and practices to support the SSNA programme.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the SSNA programme.
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
