Job Description
Key Responsibilities
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll provide a professional out-of-hours telephone service to our clients and staff, ensuring calls are dealt with promptly and efficiently. You'll also investigate and collate information, working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, able to liaise with clients and staff. You'll need to be capable of multi-tasking, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, and escalating medical emergencies when required.
