About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specifications Technologist to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a key member of our food manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the writing and maintenance of product specifications for retail and non-retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product specifications for retail and non-retail customers
  • Manage a specification technologist to help develop their skills and career
  • Be a key contact for artwork and specification queries both internally and externally
  • Ensure legal requirements are met and all retailer codes of practice are complied with

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in food manufacturing and specification writing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail
