We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join our Analytical & Scoring Model Review team within Credit Risk. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the robustness and accuracy of our credit risk models.
Reporting to the Head of Analytical and Scoring Model Review, you will work closely with the business to review all aspects of key credit risk model developments. Your expertise will be essential in building models that make informed credit lending decisions for our customers and Financial Services business.
You will be responsible for reviewing the development sample, characteristic analysis, and modelling methodology, providing insightful recommendations and communicating them effectively to senior stakeholders.
As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you will be surrounded by talented professionals across Financial Services and the wider group, working collaboratively to achieve the ambitions of the business and the Credit Risk team.
Critical decisions are made here every day, and you will have the opportunity to make a real impact, make decisions, and see the results quickly.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in a numerate discipline, highly proficient in SQL or SAS, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience in credit model development is essential.
You will be a customer outcome-focused and commercially aware individual, able to present findings into actionable business recommendations. You will be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
