About the Role:
We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in the Elmbridge area. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mobility.
- Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with light household duties.
- Supporting clients with their daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, and providing emotional support and companionship.
- Working collaboratively with other care staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
What We Offer:

- A salaried full-time position with 28 days' annual leave (pro rata) and auto-enrolment pension scheme.

Requirements:
