Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FLT Operator to join our team at WEC Group Ltd. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and retrieval of materials, while maintaining accurate stock representation and adhering to our Laser Kitting Process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload, handle, and store internal materials in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure correct storage and update location of materials on our computer system
  • Sort and feed production with materials according to production plans, assisting with material movement on and off machines
  • Maximize machine uptime by delivering materials promptly
  • Maintain accurate stock representation of press racks
  • Follow our Laser Kitting Process

About You

  • Valid and in-date full Forklift Truck Licence – Counterbalance– Side loader
  • Overhead crane / slinging & lifting skills
  • A flexible approach to adapt to changing requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain focused on Quality and consistently reiterate its importance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to generate innovative concepts
