We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a senior member of the team, you will work with service users across the Strategic Service Units who have a common and severe mental health.
Main Responsibilities- Provide assessment and implementation of brief evidence-based interventions for service users who are experiencing common, acute mental health and recovery needs.
- Optimise the service users' ability to remain in the community and/or be cared for in the least restrictive environment in line with the principles of recovery and social inclusion.
- Support clinical governance, information collection, and audit at entry level.
