Requirements
  • Patience, empathy, and resilience to work with children who may have experienced trauma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
  • A driving license to transport children to various activities and appointments.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins, and be available for on-call duties.
  • A willingness to pursue a qualification in residential childcare, which will be supported by the organization.
