About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Project Management to join our team at Sisua. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and programmes that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale projects and programmes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects and programmes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of project managers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
