Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals for our guests, adhering to dietary requirements and budget constraints.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage food stock control, ordering, and rotation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Utilize donated food from Fareshare to reduce waste and support our sustainability goals.
  • Plan and prepare meals for the weekend, ensuring adequate supplies and variety.
Requirements
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
