About the Role

The Growth Company's Employment team is seeking a skilled Restart Employment Advisor to deliver guidance and training services for unemployed individuals, contributing to their progression into employment, training, and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and deliver advice, guidance, and training interventions to meet the needs of unemployed individuals, JCP, local referral partners, colleges, employers, training providers, and recruitment agencies.
  • Support individuals in achieving skills, including certification, and progression to employment, training, and education.
  • Build strong rapport with customers and employers, demonstrating coaching/mentoring experience and persuasion/influencing skills.
  • Work in a performance target-driven environment, with a willingness to travel locally to meet customers and employers.

Requirements
  • Good rapport building skills.
