Maplebrook Care Home is a purpose-built care home in Wolverhampton, providing high-quality specialist care for up to 81 residents across three units.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our day team, working 48 hours per week. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents on the mental health floor and assist in the management of a busy care home environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to residents with complex mental health conditions
  • Manage challenging behavior and escalate concerns to appropriate clinical practitioners
  • Conduct clinical assessments and recognize deteriorating patients
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs

Requirements

  • Current RMN qualification and valid PIN
  • Recent experience working with patients with complex mental health conditions
  • Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
  • Evidence of continual professional development
