We are in search of a skilled and proactive Multi-Site Care Operations Manager to oversee the management of a group of mental health facilities across Warwickshire.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of outstanding care services at all locations, maintaining compliance with regulations, and cultivating a culture of excellence within the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct and manage the daily operations of multiple care establishments, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
2. Provide effective leadership to site managers and care personnel, fostering teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.
3. Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and quality assurance protocols to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
4. Initiate and oversee continuous improvement strategies to enhance care quality and the overall experience of residents.
5. Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
6. Monitor and manage financial resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across facilities.
7. Serve as a role model for exemplary practices in care delivery, promoting a person-centred approach and dignity in care.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Proven experience in a managerial capacity within the social care sector, particularly in Mental Health.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Demonstrated capability in managing budgets and resources efficiently.
5. A commitment to fostering diversity, equality, and inclusion within the workplace.
6. Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
