Compliance and Validation Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Validation Manager to join our team at Reckitt. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

About the Role

As a Compliance and Validation Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all manufacturing processes are validated and compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Developing and implementing quality management systems to ensure consistency and quality across all manufacturing processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality and compliance risks
  • Providing technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Leading audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Eligibility to act as a Qualified Person in the UK
  • Broad understanding of manufacturing operations business and quality management systems
  • Thorough knowledge of the legal requirements, rules and guidance covering the manufacture of pharmaceutical products in Europe
  • Expected to have a proven track record in a manufacturing environment
  • QA systems audit experience is desirable with well-developed risk assessment skills
