Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship Skills Trainer to join our team at RNN Group. As a Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to apprentices in the motor vehicle sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and assessment to apprentices in the motor vehicle sector
  • Plan and deliver training programs to meet the needs of apprentices
  • Assess and evaluate the progress of apprentices
  • Provide feedback and guidance to apprentices to help them improve their skills and knowledge
  • Work with the Curriculum Team Leader/Curriculum Manager to develop and implement training programs
  • Build good working relationships with other stakeholders, including apprentices, employers, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering training and assessment in the motor vehicle sector
  • Assessor Award
  • Highly qualified individual within the motor vehicle sector with current experience working within industry
  • Teaching qualification at level 3
  • Excellent IT skills
  • English and maths at level 2
