We are seeking a passionate and skilled Process Development Technologist to join our dynamic New Product Development Team. At The Compleat Food Group, we are dedicated to crafting high-quality, delicious, and sustainable food products that meet the evolving needs of our customers and consumers. About the Role:

  • Lead the entire product development journey, from initial kitchen concept to successful market launch.
  • Ensure that each new product meets stringent quality standards while remaining profitable.
  • Meticulously document all process development activities according to industry best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Continuously explore and implement process innovations to enhance production efficiency.
  • Provide valuable support in product quality assessment and ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Organize customer visits and benchmarking panels to gather insights and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Champion a culture of health and safety within the workplace.
  • Contribute to general office duties and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food manufacturing environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
  • Experience working with major retail customers is highly desirable.
  • A background in fried foods would be a valuable asset.
  • A degree in Food Science or a related field is preferred.
