About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PLM Engineering Lead to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a key member of our Digital Continuity Team, you will be responsible for leading groundbreaking PLM programs for our prestigious industry clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a talented team of CAD Engineers and PLM Consultants, working closely with senior managers and consultants, and interacting frequently with clients' Program Leaders.
  • Collaborate with Capgemini's Engagement Manager and Program Director, as well as clients' leadership teams, to offer insights and direction.
  • Develop and deploy cutting-edge Digital Engineering toolchains, driving innovation and process improvement.
  • Support the definition of SAFe-based operating models, value streams, and delivery health monitoring.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading PLM transformation projects, with a strong background in digital engineering and manufacturing.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong industry experience in Aerospace, Defence, Marine, or Automotive, with a background in business process modeling.
  • Ability to travel and spend significant time on client sites, ideally from the Midlands/North region.
