Job Title: Apprentice Maintenance Engineer

Synergi Search & Select Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Aylesbury. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of blow moulding machines and associated production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide planned and repair maintenance to all plant and works services, adhering to company procedures and compliance regulations.
  • Ensure all equipment, machinery, and peripherals operate efficiently and at full capability, maintaining a continuous production process.
  • Carry out repairs on machines as part of breakdown or preventative maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs and paperwork, in accordance with company procedures.
  • Adhere to quality, hygiene, and food safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing experience in plastics, packaging, FMCG, food, beverage, or pharma industries.
  • Minimum 12 months of multi-skilled experience in a similar role.
