This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the AHP services across the Children's Hospital, providing strategic leadership and operational expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical, professional, and strategic leadership to the AHP teams within the Children's Hospital, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement operational plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of AHP services, including the management of budgets and resources.
- Collaborate with the Evelina Chief AHP and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve the integration of AHP services across the Trust.
- Lead and manage the development of AHP services, including the recruitment and retention of staff, and the development of training and education programs.
- Ensure that AHP services are aligned with the Trust's strategic objectives and priorities, and that they contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the delivery of AHP services.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual who has:
- Experience of managing a team and leading change initiatives.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience of developing and implementing operational plans, including the management of budgets and resources.
- Knowledge of AHP services and the ability to lead and manage their development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals and objectives.
