**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive credit risk management frameworks and strategies.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of credit risk across various consumer lending products and implement measures to mitigate risk.
  • Utilize data science and decision science techniques to optimize lending processes and improve risk assessment.
  • Lead and manage the Credit Risk and Consumer Lending Analytics team.

**Requirements**

  • Extensive experience in consumer lending, particularly with personal loans and credit loans.
  • Strong background in credit risk management and analytics.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software, with a solid understanding of predictive modeling.
