Key Responsibilities of the Industrial Mechanical Technician -
- Conduct mechanical assembly tasks on large-scale industrial machinery and apparatus.
- Perform fabrication duties, including cutting, shaping, and assembling metallic components.
- Carry out high-standard welding operations utilizing TIG, MIG, and ARC methods.
- Identify, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems to ensure peak performance.
- Engage with pneumatic systems, covering installation, upkeep, and troubleshooting.
- Utilize knowledge of compression systems for routine maintenance and repairs.
- Guarantee all tasks are executed adhering to the highest safety protocols and comply with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address mechanical challenges and enhance equipment efficiency.
