Network MonitoringMonitor CCTV, telephony systems, and door access systems to ensure they are well-maintained with proper backup and relevant maintenance procedures applied.
Network Equipment MonitoringOversee the monitoring of networking equipment, including network switches, firewalls, and other appliances, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Maintenance ChecksPlan and carry out maintenance checks to ensure IT operations and infrastructures are running smoothly, ensuring daily routine task completeness.
Software Proficiency- VMWare v6.7 and above, Veeam Backup and Replication, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Symantec Endpoint Encryption, ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus, Microsoft Office 365.
- Cisco Switches and Routers, Fortigate Firewalls, LAN/WAN Routing.

- Data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills (in English), strong stakeholder engagement.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline (IT/Information Systems/Computer Science/Technology/Programming/Information Science/System Engineering/Computing).
