The successful candidate will deliver on-site support to users, ensuring their systems and applications function seamlessly. This position demands a proactive approach, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and the capacity to operate independently in a dynamic setting.

Primary Duties:

Deliver on-site technical assistance to users, diagnosing and resolving issues related to Microsoft software and systems, including Windows operating systems, Office 365, and other Microsoft applications. Support users with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of hardware and software, ensuring all devices are correctly set up and functional. Identify and rectify network connectivity problems, ensuring uninterrupted access to corporate resources. Provide training and support to users on best practices for utilizing Microsoft software and tools effectively. Maintain detailed records of support activities, issues encountered, and resolutions provided in the helpdesk system. Work collaboratively with the IT department to pinpoint and implement enhancements to the support process.

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in a technical support role, ideally in a field support context. Strong expertise with common end-user software, particularly Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS and Office 365. Proficient in network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work autonomously. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical individuals. Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. NATO SECRET security clearance - or willingness to undergo the accreditation process with the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with ITIL practices. Experience in supporting mobile devices and remote access solutions.

Candidates must be located in one of the specified regions.
