Role Summary:

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our client's forward-thinking team in Basingstoke. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing robust financial information to decision-makers and budget holders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Produce comprehensive business scorecards and reports for key stakeholders, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Revenue Performance: Monitor revenue performance and identify significant variances, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Strategic Insights: Collaborate with sales teams to provide strategic insights into channel performance, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze the financial implications of new product innovations, providing detailed reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes with meticulous financial analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Part or fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders. Proficiency in advanced Excel skills and a keen aptitude for learning new systems.
  • Experience: SAP experience is advantageous, but not required.
