Key Responsibilities:

Bid Management:
Identify and assess bidding opportunities, complete pre-qualification questionnaires, and engage in pre-contract discussions to enhance commercial insight.

Contract Initiation:
Precisely establish contracts, ensuring adherence to legal standards, health and safety regulations, and contractual obligations.

Performance Monitoring:
Oversee contract performance, collaborate with senior management and project managers regarding progress, quality, and conflict resolution.

Financial Assessments:
Generate precise monthly financial assessments and modifications, submit financial requests, and ensure timely payments from clients.

Budget Management:
Reconcile and allocate contractual payments, update labor and material rates, and modify contracts as required.

Commercial Optimization:
Foster commercial awareness and maximize contract values while minimizing financial risks.

Client Engagement:
Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.

Qualifications:

Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering cost estimation (mandatory).

License:
A valid driving license (mandatory).
