Location: Primarily Remote with Occasional Client Engagements
Compensation: Competitive Salary with Comprehensive Benefits

As a Senior Procurement and Supplier Management Advisor, you will spearhead client-facing initiatives across all sectors of the Procurement and Supplier Management domain. You will establish yourself as the trusted advisor for sourcing, contracting, and supplier management, leveraging your expertise to evaluate operational efficiency and process maturity. Your role will involve making strategic recommendations for enhancements and efficiencies. Key areas of experience required include: Tendering processes, Commercial Negotiation, Contract Oversight, and Governance with a focus on legislative and regulatory compliance, approached through a risk-aware and pragmatic lens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute consulting projects within agreed timelines and budgets
- Foster and sustain robust relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Oversee and coordinate complex or multiple client projects, acting as the primary consultant for day-to-day interactions
- Guide and mentor junior consultants within the organization
- Identify and develop consulting opportunities within assigned accounts, contributing to or leading the creation of client proposals
- Assist the account management team in uncovering new opportunities within the client landscape
Required Qualifications:
- Approximately 10 years of experience in client-side, supply-side, or consulting environments
- Extensive background in IT Outsourcing, Procurement, and Supplier/Vendor Management
- Proven track record in leading Sourcing/RFx processes and contract negotiations
- Operational experience in managing significant outsourcing arrangements
- In-depth knowledge of regulations and legislation affecting Sourcing, including but not limited to PRA, FCA, DORA, ECB, and CBI
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing Supplier Management governance frameworks
- Evidence of delivering at least two major change initiatives with significant, measurable outcomes, valued over £10 million.
