About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team at Sir Robert McAlpine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing commercial aspects of our projects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, and variation management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a range of commercial aspects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, and variation management.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure effective contract administration, change control, and forecasting.
  • Minimise risk, cost, and maximise value by conducting cost checking and analysis of labour, plant, and materials.
Requirements
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, or equivalent experience/memberships.
  • Experience working on multi-million civil engineering projects, ideally with experience in the nuclear sector.
  • NEC contract experience, ideally NEC 4.
  • Experience with electronic contract administration tools.
