Senior Hydrogeologist

We are looking for a Senior Hydrogeologist to enhance our capabilities in Environmental Compliance and Ground Engineering.

Role Overview:

  • Oversee Water Science initiatives within the SW Environment Team
  • Serve as Project Manager and foster project success and client relationship growth
  • Primary liaison with internal team members and external parties such as clients and regulatory bodies
Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, evaluate, and supervise projects to fulfill client requirements
  • Assess project performance and financial metrics
  • Uphold project quality standards and generate essential documentation
  • Assist in business development and client engagement efforts
  • Provide consistent updates to the Technical Director
Qualifications:

  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
  • Skilled in report generation, communication, and presenting findings
  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members
  • Strong financial acumen and project management skills
  • Proficient in building and sustaining relationships both internally and externally
