Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Event Coordinator to join our marketing team in Northern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our busy and exciting calendar of events, both physical and online, in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain UK event materials
  • Produce online events and marketing activities with channel partners
  • Plan and coordinate physical events, including locally identified shows, open days, demonstrations, and customer visits
  • Manage the event approval process
Requirements
  • Professional qualification in marketing or a related subject
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive and creative team player
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in marketing and B2B events
  • Experience of working with CVENT and ON24 event platforms would be an advantage
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
