This role is a fixed-term contract designed to cover a maternity leave and offers a competitive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement strategies for tax optimization and efficiency, both on a domestic and international scale.
- Provide insights on the tax consequences of significant business decisions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations.
- Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of all necessary tax documentation and filings.
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and supervise tax audits and inquiries.
- Guarantee precise and timely tax reporting in financial statements, including deferred tax assets/liabilities and tax provisions.
