Senior Quantitative Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Analyst to join our team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our pricing models and risk management strategies.

As a Senior Quantitative Analyst, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of Quantitative Analysts, developing and maintaining pricing models for new and complex products, and working with other Team Leads and Senior members of Quantitative Strategies on dealing strategy improvement.

You will also work closely with the Development teams to implement and improve pricing and risk management algorithms, and maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor a team of Quantitative Analysts to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models for new and complex products, ensuring they are accurate and efficient.
  • Work with other Team Leads and Senior members of Quantitative Strategies to improve dealing strategies and optimize risk management.
  • Collaborate with the Development teams to implement and improve pricing and risk management algorithms.
  • Maintain personal and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in front-office facing FX, Equities, Fixed Income, or derivatives.
  • Knowledge of general financial products and derivatives, including market microstructure.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Python, SQL, and time-series databases.
  • Experience with Agile processes and leadership/mentoring.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
