Childcare Manager

Nurse Seekers is proud to be working with a high-quality nursery seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead on the growth and development of their day nursery.
The successful candidate will have the skillset to promote a successful and profitable business, engaging with the local community and marketing the nursery to reach maximum occupancy while providing excellent customer care.
This is an exciting time for the nursery, as they are about to embark upon a renovation and reinvestment project throughout the nursery, and the successful candidate will be supported by the nursery to provide opportunities for further career growth and development.
Requirements- Minimum of a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Early Years or equivalent
- At least two years current Nursery Manager experience
- Experienced in leading quality practice
- A clear enhanced DBS certificate
- Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Proven track record with the regulatory body
- Paediatric first aid certificate preferred but not essential
- Previous experience of being the Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Very competitive salary dependent on experience
