Senior Facilities Manager

At McLaren Racing, we're committed to delivering high-performance results in every aspect of our business. As a Senior Facilities Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Commercial Partnerships team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operational fulfillment of key Commercial Partners in the McLaren Racing portfolio, ensuring contractual rights are fully leveraged and maximized.
- Develop a deep understanding of our commercial partners' business strategies, products, target growth markets, competitors, and KPIs/metrics that resonate when evaluating success.
- Support the Senior Manager, Partnerships in creating an integrated partnership marketing strategy for Partners and work collaboratively in cross-departmental project groups as required.
- Be proactive in building new opportunities and initiatives to strengthen the value of the partnership/s.
- Set best practices for project and fiscal management along with strong client and internal communication.
- Extensive experience in managing and delivering partnership marketing activities, sponsorship, brand/product marketing, sales, and communications campaigns.
- Strong planning and organization skills capable of dealing with several concurrent workstreams, identifying problems before they happen.
- Experience reporting proactively, with rigour, transparency, and openness to immediate managers and business as needed.
- Fluent in English. Other languages would be an advantage.
