GSL Education is working with progressive schools in Basingstoke to recruit Behaviour Mentors to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) across all key stages.

The schools have a supportive senior leadership team and a progressive nature, with easy access to local stations and onsite parking.

We welcome applications from candidates with varying experience, although previous experience working with students with challenging behaviour is an advantage.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

  • Support children with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Manage challenging behaviour
  • Build professional relationships with students
  • Have a fun but firm presence
  • Have an interest in education
  • Have a passion for SEND and/or SEMH
