About the Role

Your new company is a well-established law firm with a strong presence in the North West. They are seeking a Professional Negligence Lawyer with 4+ years of PQE to join their Liverpool office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a caseload of new and established professional negligence claims, including those arising from solicitor, construction, surveyor, and accountant negligence.
  • Assist the Head of Department on higher-value, complex claims.
  • Work as part of a well-established professional negligence team, supported by a new business team.
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor/lawyer with 4+ years of PQE.
  • Previous experience managing a caseload of professional negligence or general litigation claims.
  • Familiarity with Civil Procedure Rules and the Proclaim system.
