Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will assist in delivering safe and high-quality care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Maintain a Safe and Healthy Environment: Ensure the health, safety, and security of patients and staff, reporting any concerns or incidents.
  2. Equipment Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain equipment to ensure it is ready for use, reporting any faults or issues.
  3. Record Keeping: Accurately maintain records of orders and delivery notes in designated clinical areas.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate with other departments and external agencies as required.
  5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines for yourself and others.
  6. Patient Care: Report any concerns regarding patient care and provide reassurance and support to patients and their families.
