Class 1 HGV Driver

Search is currently recruiting for a number of HGV Class 1 drivers to work on behalf of our prestigious client based in Ellesmere Port. The successful candidate will be required to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with days and nights available.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely operate Class 1 vehicles.
- Conduct depot deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license, CPC, Tacho card.
- Experience in general haulage.
- A clean driving record with no major endorsements.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
