About the Role

As a Maths and English Tutor, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development and progression of our young students. You'll work with small groups, using our expertly designed resources and curriculum packs to inspire learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching: You'll adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of your students, helping them achieve their educational goals.
  • Supporting: You'll work collaboratively with our team of educators to create a nurturing and inspiring environment. You'll engage with colleagues, students, and families, providing excellent service and communication, with safeguarding and member well-being at the forefront of your interactions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of a Level 6 in GCSE Maths and English.
  • Prior teaching or mentoring experience is preferred.
  • Availability of at least 2 evenings per week, with shifts starting from 4pm, or 1 evening per week, plus a Saturday or Sunday.

All successful applicants will undergo employment reference checks and a Disclosure & Barring Service check or PVG check. Please note that this role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013, and 2020.
