Job Overview

Beach Baker is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Monitoring Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol office. As a key member of the Fund Monitoring team, you will be responsible for overseeing and assessing a diverse range of projects, including residential, healthcare, commercial, leisure, student accommodation, industrial, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate all project stages, from cost estimates to risk management.
  • Conduct monthly site visits to monitor progress, adherence to budget, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with valuers, solicitors, and stakeholders to produce comprehensive reports.
  • Prepare detailed progress and financial reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies to safeguard client interests.
