Functional Skills Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Functional Skills Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering tailored 1:1 lessons to support and re-engage pupils in their learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each pupil.
- Establish a supportive and structured learning environment to promote pupil engagement and motivation.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, making adjustments to learning plans as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure consistency in teaching approaches.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in teaching Functional Skills or a related subject.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced learning environment.
