Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Centre People Appointments. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders and queries, invoicing goods, and arranging shipments for both UK and European distributors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and queries for UK and European distributors
- Invoice goods and arrange shipments
- Administer sales data, including organizing folders, files, and updating the database
- Build and maintain relationships with customer accounts
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions and alternatives
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Work closely with sales, marketing, production, and warehouse departments to ensure information is organized and distributed effectively
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of corporate experience in an office environment
- Sales coordination or sales administration experience is advantageous
- Business-level fluency in English
- Highly literate in computers, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft applications, Excel, and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Working Conditions:
- Office-based position
- No visa support provided
Salary and Benefits:
- £26K level salary depending on experience
- Permanent, full-time position
